With AI integration being new to this demographic, we wanted to demistify some of the interaction, such as prompting. Deconstructing a prompt helped users understand how to parse their request before requesting it.

The experience was designed around continuity. Conversation history allows users to return to previous investigations, continue existing discussions, and build on earlier searches rather than starting over. It also needed to be accessible on the go.
