The platform had the data, but not the clarity. Different teams relied on the same emissions data for different workflows, yet the experience offered little direction on where to start or what mattered. The redesign needed to make complex data easier to understand and act on.

Different users came to the platform with very different priorities. I introduced role-based dashboards that surfaced the right data and actions for operators, HSE teams, and administrators, while still letting users switch contexts as their work changed.

I brought these sources together through layered site views and time-based visualizations, making it easier to understand what was happening and determine what to do next.
